The Pattern

Where the revenue actually comes from

Every result on this page came from the same two things: relationships built from the ground up, and live projects surfaced while they were still in play. So the outcomes below are mostly contracts won and units quoted, rather than connection counts. All of it human-led throughout.

Square Kitchens - six figures won, £130k+ still in the pipeline

Pipeline through strategic relationships

Over 12 months we helped Ryan and the team at Square Kitchens build relationships with just over 1,000 housebuilders, property developers, architects and interior designers, the people behind the kind of KBB projects they wanted more of. The aim was to make Square Kitchens a familiar name to those people well before a project came up.

Where they started

Square Kitchens design and install kitchens for high-value residential developments. The product and the reputation were already there. What Ryan wanted was a steadier route to the right projects, through housebuilders and architects, and a way to stay in front of them through buying cycles that can run for a year or more. Nobody in the team had the time to do that properly alongside the day job.

What we did

We grew Ryan's network by just over 1,000 people over the twelve months, picked one at a time from housebuilders, developers and architects who could realistically influence or introduce future work. Each intro message was written for the person receiving it and started a conversation rather than a pitch.

Between conversations, we kept Ryan visible by commenting on his target audience's posts. It sounds small, but over a long buying cycle it's often what keeps a name familiar when someone isn't actively buying.

The quoting opportunities came steadily rather than all at once, and some were larger developments than Square Kitchens had been reaching before. Over the year that added up to six figures in new revenue, with a £130k+ pipeline still working through.

The highlights

  • 1,000+ relevant decision-makers added to Ryan's network in 12 months
  • Six figures in new revenue generated
  • Ongoing quoting opportunities with housebuilders and architects
  • Relationships that are still active and likely to keep paying off
  • Square Kitchens now a familiar name for future KBB projects

To win a luxury London contract

Stuart Duff founded Slab Tiles, which supplies and installs porcelain and stone for high-end residential and commercial projects. In the first three months of working together we added just over 300 developers, architects and interior designers to his network, and one of those conversations became a contract with a Central London developer that has so far been worth over £250K.

The brief

Stuart had years of experience and a portfolio to match. What he didn't have was a way into the Central London developers, architects and contractors working on the large design-led builds he wanted more of. New work was arriving through referrals and chance, which is fine until it goes quiet, and he didn't have the hours to run LinkedIn himself.

The first twelve weeks

We started with his profile, so that anyone landing on it could see straight away who he helps and what kind of project he's suited to. Then we built his network, one contact at a time, from developers and designers working on premium residential and commercial schemes.

Every intro message was written for the person it went to, with follow-ups in Stuart's own tone of voice. None of them were sales pitches. The point was to get a conversation going, and several started quickly. One progressed to a confirmed contract with a luxury Central London developer inside the first twelve weeks.

Since then

That contract has gone on to generate over £250K for Slab Tiles, and it's still going. We've since kept Stuart in front of his key contacts by commenting on their posts, which keeps him familiar through the long gaps between projects.

The highlights

  • Over £250K in new revenue from one relationship
  • 300+ relevant decision-makers added to Stuart's network
  • LinkedIn profile rewritten to position Stuart with developers, architects and designers
  • Conversations and quoting opportunities with high-end specifiers from the first month
  • Luxury Central London contract won in under 12 weeks

Boyes Design - momentum with Midlands architects and builders

Compounding effect proven

Boyes Design is an interior architecture practice that works alongside architects and builders on design-led projects. Over six months we helped Sam add just over 500 of those people to his network across the Midlands, and by the back end of that period the meetings and tenders had picked up noticeably.

The challenge

The practice had the credentials and the portfolio. What Sam wanted was more visibility in specific Midlands regions and direct relationships with the people there who could commission or influence work. Like many growing businesses, the time to do that consistently just wasn't there alongside project delivery.

The solution

We built Sam's network with architects and builders across the Midlands, checking each one against the practice's ideal client profile and making sure they sat in organisations with real decision-making authority. Intro messages were written individually and aimed at starting a conversation.

As relationships settled in, we added brochure touchpoints and shared case studies from recently completed Boyes Design projects, so the right people saw the right work at a sensible moment.

This is the account we tend to point to for the six-month effect. Meetings and tenders were slow at first, then increased noticeably once trust had been built, with several tenders coming from organisations able to progress projects.

The highlights

  • 500+ architects and builders added to Sam's network across the Midlands
  • Multiple opportunities with architects and builders in the practice's target regions
  • Multiple tenders issued by organisations with real decision-making power
  • A clear example of meetings and opportunities increasing from month six
  • Brochure touchpoints and recent case studies shared with the right audiences

CT Works - building authority across sectors

High-value opportunities generated

CT Works delivers retail, hospitality and residential projects, and the portfolio is strong. The job here was to make sure the people scoping and tendering that kind of work knew Nicola, and knew the standard of what CT Works delivers, before the next project came up.

Background

Nicola wanted more regular conversations with the right decision-makers, without sales-heavy messaging. Balancing that with project delivery was the hard part, and there was a clear gap between how good the work was and how many of the right people knew about it.

The approach

We rewrote Nicola's profile so it positioned him as an authority in his space while still sounding like him. Then we grew his network to over 700 people across hospitality, retail and residential development, with each intro message written for the individual and focused on opening a conversation.

The thing that worked particularly well here was video. We shared footage of some of CT Works' strongest retail projects with prospects early on, so they could see the standard of work before a meeting was even suggested. That moved conversations along faster than we usually see. Follow-up touchpoints were built in over time so Nicola stayed visible across long buying cycles.

Results

A consistent flow of positive responses, with a number of prospects asking for meetings themselves, and several bottom-of-funnel opportunities across all three sectors.

The highlights

  • 700+ relevant people added to Nicola's LinkedIn network
  • Multiple meetings booked with decision-makers across retail, hospitality and residential
  • Bottom-of-funnel opportunities generated through relationship-led outreach
  • Profile positioning Nicola as an authority while keeping his personality
  • Project video footage shared to show flagship retail work
